also author of the Plugin Commander (PICO) ) features his impressive
PluginGalaxy set and has produced the freeware set "Harry's
Filters" which bundles: Harry's Power Grads, Video Rave,
Nirvana and Cryptology.

This set is extremely rich, featuring all sorts
of effects, from texture generators tools to colorize effects...
They are grouped inside 20 different plugins, and total more than
120...
They regroup about every effect you can find in filters made with
the Filter Factory, the most useful and impressive I found were
the Alpha, Noisee, Coolorize and the two Warp tools - lots of
very common and useful effects, done in a very efficient manner.
The other big pleasure from this set is that the interface manages
to be both nice-looking and easy to use ; the only thing I found
missing was an ability to store and manage presets, but even with
this, the set remains a definite must-buy. For more info and a
